The unknown had hit the child on the bike in Ottobrunn.

The police are now looking for him.

Ottobrunn - On Monday, an unknown person hit an eleven-year-old student - and then left the scene of the accident in Ottobrunn.

The accident happened at 1:30 p.m. on Ottostrasse, just before the level crossing.

The child from the Munich district was on his way home from school on his bicycle, the police in Ottobrunn said.

He was therefore on a traffic island and checked the road for cars.

A silver car approached from the left, but the student drove off anyway.

Accident: Then there was a collision

This resulted in a collision: the car hit the boy's rear wheel with the left headlight, and the eleven-year-old fell.

His eyes went black, so he lay down on the floor.

The driver of the car then got out, the boy told the police, checked his car for damage and scolded him.

He then got back in the car and drove away.

The student suffered minor injuries to his legs in the accident and complained of headaches and shoulder pain.

At least there was no damage to the bike.

Police are looking for witnesses

The police in Ottobrunn are now looking for witnesses: who was able to observe the accident?

The police officers are looking for the driver, probably an older man with glasses, and for a passer-by.

He had approached the boy after the accident.

Information to the police on telephone number 089/ 629800.
