War broke out in Ukraine on February 24.
Thousands of people left their homeland in fear for their lives.
They also found refuge in the district.
Our newspaper asked four women to write down their adventures and experiences.
Today: Lina Kramer.
Wolfratshausen - Our names are Lina and Anton Kramer and we have been expelled from our homeland for the second time.
When war broke out on February 24, we squeezed onto the train in Kiev with two backpacks and a bottle of water.
There were bombs everywhere around us, we were unbearably afraid.
We had to start a new life again, without a bed, without a home, and without our homeland.

I remember how in 2014 we had to flee from Donetsk to Kiev, away from the "Russian world" to wait for the end of this horror.
At the time, we dreamed of returning to Donetsk at the end of the year.
Now we are safe in Germany.
Good people helped me to find work at a pharmaceutical company in Gelting.
I'm learning German and attending language courses, my son is in the Ukrainian class at Geretsried Gymnasium and plays on the basketball team.

From January 1st my son and I will no longer have an apartment.
