They also seized a batch of evidence in a nearby unit, including condoms, wet wipes and lubricating oil, miscellaneous items in Kwun Tong Police District The investigation team raided a massage establishment on Hip Wo Street and found that the establishment failed to comply with the statutory requirements of keeping within 3 days in accordance with the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F) As a result of the rapid antigen test, fixed penalty tickets were issued to a 50-year-old local female employee and a 74-year-old local male employee, and the female person in charge of the establishment will be prosecuted.
The police stated that the solicitation of prostitution in public places is one of the key targets of the Kwun Tong Police District. Officers will continue to monitor the situation and take strict enforcement actions.
