a suspect resident of East Jerusalem was arrested last night (Tuesday) following a video on the network in which he documented humiliating a young man within the walls of the court in the city of Beit Shemesh.
His detention was extended and a short time ago two other people involved were arrested.
After the police became aware of a "TikTok" video in which a suspect was recorded pulling a young man's wigs while he was in the court in Beit Shemesh, rapid investigative operations began at the Beit Shemesh police station in the Jerusalem district with the aim of locating the victim and collecting his testimony about what happened and in the process, locating the suspect in the act.
Yesterday, the police investigators collected evidence, including from the recorded young man, and a short time later the suspect in the act was located, a resident of East Jerusalem in his 20s, who appeared for questioning before the investigators of the Central Unit of the Jerusalem District for the offenses of assault, threats and humiliating publication, all of which are suspected of being a motive Nationalist. During the day, the suspect's detention at the High Court was extended by three days, until 16.12.
A short time ago, as part of the investigation at the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court, two additional suspects were found involved in the humiliating case, residents of Issaviya about 18 years old, one is suspected of documenting the act and the other of uploading it to the web, and they were transferred for investigation.
