The Russian Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of Cases Related to War Crimes in Ukraine announced that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have fired more than 700 HIMARS missiles at residential areas in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics since the start of NATO arms deliveries to Kyiv.
