Miss France contest
?
Sylvie Tellier.
- There will be emotion, first because I always have it.
As soon as I'm on stage, I want to cry so I don't see why that would change, especially this year.
But I'm not sad.
On the contrary, I am happy with the work done.
I gained friends in the team, people with whom I go on vacation.
My family was not together on my election night 22 years ago.
And this year, for the first time, there will be everyone: my parents, my sisters, my husband, my children.
Don't expect anything, I'm just going to thank people.

What do you think of the relaxation of the contest rules?
I will never comment.
I grant myself a right of reservation.
I have suffered enough with Geneviève de Fontenay.
That's not to say I don't bite my cheeks a little once in a while.
But it's normal, Miss France is in my veins.

Cindy didn't ask me.
I think she is comfortable in her role.
Maybe she wants to start from a blank page.
In any case, I told him that I would be there.
On the other hand, sorry but, it does not succeed me.
I was the general manager of the company and it is now the role of Alexia Laroche-Joubert who is the chief executive officer.
She's a great television woman.
We are two strong women and that's why there were clashes during the press conference before the preparation trip to Guadeloupe.
But I am a woman of convictions not conflicts.

What's crazy is that before the press conference, we took selfies and we had lunch together!

What are your projects ?
I can't say anything yet.
It will be something in entrepreneurship, around French know-how and excellence.
The media also attract me.
I think I'll be able to host a show.
But I'm not ready to do anything to make TV.
I had my share of recognition.
I am above all a business woman and I am not afraid to leave the light.
What would worry me is to no longer do business.
What are you most proud of in seventeen years at the head of the Miss France contest?
Telling a new story.
When I arrived the logo was a red white blue flame and the audience was aging.
I created the logo with the ribbon, I hired people and modernized without ever breaking Geneviève's values.
We have also set up an apartment and a press officer for the reigning Miss.
The other pride is to have been received at the Élysée after the victory of Iris Mittenaere at Miss Universe.

Do you have any regrets?
I made errors of youth, of manager.
Today, I no longer react in a hurry, I take the time, I think a little more and I listen.
I hadn't studied management, I was in my twenties and we didn't have the means at the start.
We used to do magic with bits of string.
Will you continue to watch the election?
Sure.
I'm bitten.
At 14, I made predictions at my parents' house and I will continue to make them all my life.
When I announced my decision to my daughter, she said to me:
“You can't do this to me”
.
I told her that she could come now now that I'm gone!
But at 8 years old, she wants to be directly head of the Misses!
