The violence on the roads continues: the police prosecution yesterday (Tuesday) filed a serious indictment against a resident of Lod for assaulting and stabbing another person due to an argument about parking.

Ramla station investigators started an investigation about a month ago upon receiving a report about a stabbing incident in the city, in which a local resident was attacked and stabbed with a knife.

The driver was stabbed by another driver following an argument over parking.

The victim was taken to Assaf Harofeh Medical Center with a mild to moderate condition.

Meanwhile, the station's investigators conducted an accelerated investigation, using the capabilities of technological tools that led to the arrest of a resident of Lod in his twenties.

The resident tried to disrupt evidence and even changed his shirt to hide his involvement in the incident.

His detention was extended by the court from time to time. Last night the prosecution unit of the Israel Police in the Central District filed a serious indictment and a request for detention against the accused at the end of the investigation and in accordance with its findings.

A serious indictment.

The stabbing incident in Ramla joins the series of violent incidents that have recently occurred on Israeli roads.

Last night, courier Walt was punched and robbed.

The messenger was attacked after warning a passenger on the road about life-threatening driving.

The attacker, a 38-year-old resident of Bat Yam, known to the police for violent crimes and extortion by threats, was arrested with another person who was in the car with him.

The police extended the arrest of the suspect.

In another case that happened in recent days, a 20-year-old car driver was arrested on suspicion of threatening a Walt courier with a gun (which later turned out to be a toy gun) following an argument on the road in Ramat Gan.
