Turkey: 44 suspected of spying for the Mossad Israel today

The Turkish authorities have interrogated 44 people on suspicion of taking part in an espionage squad that operated in the service of the Mossad, the Turkish news site "Sabah" published this morning (Wednesday).

According to the report, seven of those investigated were detained for further proceedings, including employees of foreign consulting companies in the country.

According to foreign publications, the task of the squad was to spy on Palestinians living and working in Turkey.

The suspects transferred money in exchange for information that came into the hands of the Mossad.

The Turkish news website reported that the suspects are being investigated by the Department of Anti-Terrorism and that 13 other suspects have not yet been caught.
