"The face of evil": Hadas Klein filed a defamation lawsuit for five million shekels against Eli Tzipori | Israel today

According to the indictment, Klein claims that Tzipori went on a campaign of defamation against her on social media.

"Police agent", "participant in a coup d'état against Netanyahu" and "the face of evil", these are the nicknames journalist Eli Tzipori chose to describe Hadas Klein, the key witness in the 1000 case, according to a lawsuit filed this morning (Thursday), for 5 million shekels.

Klein filed the defamation lawsuit in the Tel Aviv District Court for conducting a defamation campaign on social media, which she claims the journalist conducted against her.

According to the indictment, which was submitted through attorney Dr. Eliad Sharga and attorney Ofer Oren, for a long period of time Tzipori has been conducting a defamation and harassment campaign against Klein that includes over 180 publications on his accounts on the social networks Twitter, Facebook and Telegram, on his website, on the radio show His in Gali Yisrael and in the book he recently published, this is with the aim of trying to threaten Klein to damage her legitimacy and make her a target of hatred and contempt among the general public and to damage the process of giving her testimony.

"Tried to threaten."

Eli Tsipouri,

Further to the indictment, it is stated that Tzipori sometimes published several publications on the same day without a break.

Some publications were published simultaneously on several social media to maximize their exposure.

Among Tzipori's other false lies about Klein, according to the lawsuit, he publishes that she is a "state witness", a "police agent", "a partner in a coup d'état against Netanyahu", "the face of evil" and more.

Last July, Tzipori published a picture of Klein's house with her address alongside an absurd amount of the cost of her house and was investigated for it on suspicion of witness harassment.

The case is under investigation and is awaiting a decision by the state attorney, Amit Eisman.

Klein stated that "everyone who harmed me and my family and spread lies and false stories that did not exist and were not made up, will pay for it. The lawsuit against Birdi is the first of additional lawsuits that will be filed in the near future against the slanderers, the instigators, the spreaders of lies and evil against me and my family on social media and in general.

It is important for me to emphasize that the "obsessive campaign of slander and lies against witnesses" has become a method in Israel, and this is not a serious injury only to me, but to every Israeli citizen who will be required to come and fulfill their civic duty at the request of law enforcement and justice.

I will not rest nor be silent about the great injustice these people have caused and continue to cause out of evil, hatred and malicious intent."
