The Syrian National Symphony Band, led by Tunisian Maestro Fadi Ibn Othman, and with the participation of musician Nour Koifati on the piano, performed this evening a musical evening that included a number of symphonies and classical music pieces, on the stage of the Drama Theater at Dar Al-Assad for Culture and Arts.

The band started its evening with a concerto by Austrian musical icon Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, which dates back to the Baroque era and the beginning of the classical era. and sensory convergence as a form of popular dramatic music.

In a romantic mixture of vitality and calm, Abeer sang his tunes in the hall’s amphitheater through Symphony No. 95, the Dominor Scale, by the Austrian musician Franz Joseph Haydn, which includes four movements, which are “energetic in moderation, slow, and minoan,” to be concluded with “a very lively movement, which left echoes among the audience’s ears to ignite. Closing applause and shout out with greetings.

It is noteworthy that Maestro Fadi Ben Othman is a Tunisian orchestra conductor, author, arranger, and university graduate. He holds a PhD in Musicology from the Higher Institute of Music in Tunisia, and follows workshops on orchestral leadership at the Arab and international levels. He runs the Musical Academy of the Tunisian Symphony Orchestra and directs the Bolivian Choir.

As for the musician, Nour Koifati, a graduate of the Arab Institute of Music in Aleppo with a specialization in playing the piano, she continued her studies under the supervision of the late Russian expert Vladimir Kasatkin. A teacher of solfege, world music history and piano at the Higher Institute of Music.
