On a piece of land in Alt-Mölln in Schleswig-Holstein, the police found a corpse wrapped in cloth.
Now two arrest warrants have been issued against two men from North Rhine-Westphalia.
Mölln/Hamm - A few days after a body was found in Mölln, Schleswig-Holstein, arrest warrants were issued against two men from North Rhine-Westphalia.
The 20-year-old and the 36-year-old from Hamm are accused of killing a 35-year-old family member from Ratzeburg in May 2021, as the public prosecutor and police announced in Lübeck on Thursday.
The man has been missing since June 2021.
On Monday, the criminal police discovered a buried, taped roll on a property in Alt-Mölln in the Duchy of Lauenburg district - and a corpse wrapped in it.
A spokesman for the public prosecutor's office had reported that it was a matter of "textile webs".
Previously, cadaver dogs had struck.
"The clues to where the body was found, as well as to two possible suspects, came from the family of the deceased," it said.
Investigations revealed that the man died violently.
The two arrested are the new partner of the dead man's ex-wife and his former brother-in-law, the investigators said.
The men are now in custody.
