The first Chinese female jockey in Hong Kong, Jiang Bihui, was involved in forging sales records and commission receipts to defraud the commission of a private health care center where she was the operating director, involving about 3,800 yuan. Jiang does not need to answer for the time being, and the case has been postponed until February 9 next year. During this period, Jiang Zhun will continue to be released on bail of 10,000 yuan.


Defendant Jiang Bihui, 46 years old, reported to be a tutor, charged with 3 counts of falsified accounts, alleging that from March 6 to the end of April 2020, she falsified three sales records and two Zhang’s agency commission receipt seems to show that Su Jialing referred a total of 13 clients to Jiaxinkang from February to April of the same year, and Su Jialing received a total of 3,770 yuan in agency commissions.

The prosecution stated that the case could be answered, while the defense stated that it needed to obtain documents and provide legal advice, and requested that the case be postponed for 8 weeks.

The magistrate therefore postponed the hearing of the case until February 9 next year, and increased Jiang's original bail of 2,000 yuan to 10,000 yuan. During this period, the prosecution witnesses cannot be harassed.

In addition, the defense stated that Jiang has a family member in France who is old and sick and needs to visit him, and the magistrate did not add the bail condition that he is not allowed to leave Hong Kong.
