Ella Aybinder, the last survivor of the previous season of "Survival" and a graduate of "Race to a Million", took off to Turkey to undergo surgery to reconstruct her nose.

Recently Aybinder published a story on her Instagram page with a screenshot of a difficult comment that a surfer left her.
"Ella is really not sexy, and as much as she tries, she comes out as hot. If Ella can model, then any girl in Israel can!", the surfer commented.
"Where have we come? Anyone who is a little bit famous is a model? I didn't understand what happened," she resented.

"What allows you to write such things to people you don't know?", replied Avinder, who had trouble understanding the reason for the insults hurled in public.
"It's interesting when was the last time you looked at yourself, and I'm not talking about the external appearance," Ayvinder clarified.
"This girl wrote comments to you today too, Ira Dolphin," tagged the fitness instructor and "Survivor" star.
"She probably thinks she's really smart, but she's really not," she added.
