Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that his country's response to Western countries' measures to impose a ceiling on Russian oil prices will be issued this week.
Russia Today quoted Peskov as saying today: The decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on measures to respond to the imposition of a ceiling on Russian oil prices will be published this week.
Western countries imposed a ceiling on the price of Russian oil at $60, and these measures came into effect on December 5, which Moscow strongly opposed.
