"Since the scene tends towards extremism and violence, these are missions that are meticulously prepared.

In the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district, 82 people are currently suspected of being Reich citizens, the district office explains.
The circle has expanded in recent years.
From the content of letters that were sent directly to the district office, one could conclude that they were close to the Reich citizen ideology.
But information also comes from "communities that become aware of it in correspondence or in other dealings with citizens," reports authority spokeswoman Marlis Peischer.
The police inspections would also give the district office information about a person's possible affiliation with the Reich citizens.
District office revokes gun permit
How is it dealt with when someone suspected of sharing this ideology is in possession of guns?
The police headquarters, to which all suspected cases are forwarded, is responsible for checking whether the person is to be classified as a Reich citizen.
This informs the district office of its assessment.
"Reich citizens are generally considered unreliable in terms of gun law, so the gun license must be revoked," explains Peischer.
As part of the usual administrative procedure, the person concerned is asked to “submit the weapon permit to the district office and hand over the weapons to an authorized person.
In the event of disregard, the weapons and ammunition can be seized by the district office, ”said Peischer.
There have been such revocations in recent years - "and there have also been lawsuits against them, but these have been rejected by the courts",

The Zweckverband Kommunale Diensten (ZVKD) Oberland, which, among other things, flashes traffic offenders on behalf of municipalities, has more and more dealings with Reich citizens.
Since Reich citizens deny the existence of the Federal Republic and reject its legal system and laws, they refuse to pay taxes or even fines.
ZVKD Managing Director Michael Braun then always receives the same letters of objection.
A legitimation or a "founding certificate of the state" is required for which the special-purpose association performs sovereign tasks.
The whole thing is linked to a high demand for money from the association, so that, for example, one is prepared to communicate at all.
"The demands on me are 700,000, those on the association up to seven million," says Braun.

There are now such letters every week, the wording of which is mostly identical because the templates are available on the Internet.
Each is forwarded to the police.
There have been 125 cases since the beginning of the year, behind which around 100 people are hiding, says ZVKD back office manager Sebastian John.
"And the cases are followed up consistently," adds Braun.
As a result, he is being called more and more frequently as a witness to court hearings.
The defendants are facing charges of attempted extortion.
Absurd demands for money to the association
In October, a 31-year-old woman from Tölzer was sentenced to a fine of 3,600 euros by the Wolfratshausen District Court.
Something similar was also negotiated in Landsberg in October.
A man was on trial in Traunstein last week.
He had also sent corresponding letters to the special purpose association, among others.
Originally, "we were talking about 30 euros because we were driving too fast," reports Braun.
In the end, the whole thing resulted in a penalty order of 7,200 euros for the accused.
