The Erdinger Moos daycare network is training more people than ever before and wants to secure the future of childcare in this way

– Thanks to well-trained pedagogical specialists in the day-care center network, it is possible to train more people than ever before and in this way to ensure the future of childcare in Erdinger Moos.

"The trainees are highly motivated, actively support our pedagogical teams and are well integrated from the start in order to get to know the profession from the bottom up," says network manager Andrea Peis.

Three FOS interns are currently completing their nursing internship at the Eitting children's home: Franziska Hofer, Raphael Matzke and Samira Gerbich.

Leonie Baumgarten (third year of training as an educator in the Optiprax model), Sarah Benningsfeld (educator in the recognition year), Martina Peis (first year of training as a nanny) and Nicole Sinner (educator in the recognition year) are employed in Eitting.

The children's home in Aufkirchen is also well positioned with professional growth.

There are Nic Eitelbuß (first year of training as an educator), Annalena Groll (educator in the recognition year), Irini Rougkala (first year of training as a nanny), Amelie Soldo (first year of training as a nanny) and Martina Wagner (third year of training as an educator in the Optiprax model).

Tom Wilfert is currently completing his first year of training as an educator in the kindergarten in Oberding and Gyöngyi Nemeth and Juli Neumann in the children's home in Schwaig.
