Kherson without electricity after Russian bombings

The Ukrainian city of Kherson, recently retaken from the Russians, found itself "

totally

" deprived of electricity on Thursday, December 15, due to a "

heavy bombardment

" of its "

essential infrastructure

", indicated regional governor Yaroslav Yanouchevych.

Kherson is completely without electricity

," he said on Telegram at midday, before adding that "

heavy bombardment of a critical infrastructure site continues

" in a district of the city.

These bombings also caused the death of two people.

One person killed in Ukrainian shelling of Donetsk

At least one civilian was killed and nine others were injured in a Ukrainian bombardment on Donetsk.

This was announced by the pro-Russian authorities of this separatist stronghold in eastern Ukraine.

According to Alexei Kulemzin, the head of the Donetsk administration, Ukrainian troops fired 40 “

In a text voted almost unanimously (507 votes for, 12 votes against and 17 abstentions), MEPs meeting in Strasbourg believe that this "Holodomor" famine was committed "

by the Soviet regime with the intention of destroying a group of people by deliberately inflicting living conditions leading inexorably to their physical annihilation

”.
