An indictment was filed today (Friday) against a 35-year-old Uzbek citizen for crimes of abuse of the helpless.
This after she used to leave an 83-year-old elderly woman suffering from severe dementia in the warehouse for whom she was responsible - while she was doing cleaning work.
According to the facts of the indictment, the accused Gulyahun Rostmova served as a nursing assistant for the victim - whose movement and ability to communicate with others was limited.
Rostmova left the elderly woman in a wheelchair without any supervision for three hours - in a dark warehouse of Binyin.
At the same time, the accused performed paid privacy cleaning work in one of the apartments.
When she finished, she took the elderly woman out of the warehouse and returned her to her home.
"Left her in a dark warehouse."

The indictment also states that the victim was injured when she was under the responsibility of the accused.
Although Rustamova noticed the bruises, she avoided giving the elderly woman medical treatment.
Three days later the victim's son noticed the bruises when he visited her home - and evacuated her to the hospital.
A day after the elderly woman was released from the hospital - the accused arrived and put her back in the warehouse, wrapped her bruised head with a scarf, and closed the warehouse door on her with her face facing the wall.
This, while Rustamova performs private cleaning work for a fee.
After about an hour, a neighbor entered the warehouse who noticed the helpless woman, and MDA and police forces were called to the scene, who rescued her from the warehouse.
A request for detention until the end of the proceedings was filed against the accused.
"The abuse is manifested, among other things, in the nature of the acts, in their ugliness, in the humiliation and humiliation of the helpless woman's human dignity," wrote attorney Uri Goldstein. the acts, and by the fact that they were carried out even after the helpless woman was injured while she was under the care of the accused."
