The prosecutor's office filed an indictment this morning (Friday) against a 35-year-old Uzbek citizen for crimes of abuse of the helpless.
The indictment states that the accused used to leave a helpless elderly woman for whom she was responsible in a dark warehouse, while she was doing private cleaning work.
According to the indictment filed by lawyer Uri Goldstein, as of 2019, the accused has been serving as a nursing assistant to an 83-year-old woman suffering from severe dementia.
Among other things, she is unable to drink, eat, talk and walk on her own.
Recently, while serving as a nursing assistant to the helpless, the accused left her elderly daughter's house to do some private cleaning work, while she was leading the helpless to the building using a wheelchair.

Only about three days later, while the helpless woman's son visited her home and noticed the bruises that had been inflicted on her, she was referred for medical treatment at a hospital.

Today, after her release from the hospital, the accused came to do private cleaning work for a fee.
This time, too, she brought the helpless woman into the warehouse, wrapped her bruised head in a scarf, and closed the warehouse door on her with her face turned to the wall.
After that, the accused went to work cleaning the apartment.
After about an hour, a neighbor who noticed the helpless woman entered the warehouse, and MDA and police forces were called to the scene, who rescued the helpless woman from the warehouse.
In the request for detention until the end of the proceedings, which was submitted at the same time, Attorney Goldstein noted: "The abuse is manifested, among other things, in the nature of the acts, their ugliness, in the humiliation and humiliation of the helpless woman's human dignity, in the exploitation of the power and position of the accused, in the exploitation of the helpless woman's condition that prevented her from revealing the The acts, and the fact that they were carried out even after the helpless woman was injured while she was under the care of the accused."
