Working for the same company for 50 years?
Christa Schramme can say that about herself.
Fürstenfeldbruck – During this time there was never a day on which she would not have liked to go to work, says the 82-year-old.
"Although that's not entirely true," says Christa Schramme at her ceremony.
That day she almost never showed up at the tax office on Pucher Strasse.
She doesn't like the hustle and bustle, says Emmeringer modestly.
backup base
Since taking early retirement, Christa Schramme has been working on a temporary basis at the Schmid law firm.
Her retirement lasted three weeks.
"That didn't do me any good," says the celebrant.
So she went right back to work.
Christa Schramme trained as an accountant in her hometown of Darmstadt.
There she worked in an office supply store.
Then her husband found a job in Munich, so the couple moved to their own house in Emmering.
In October 1972, the native Hessin took up her position in the law firm on Feuerhausstrasse.
Since then, she has taken part in two company relocations - and now has the second boss with Carsten Schmid.

He is full of praise for the long-standing employee: "She is always reliable, has never been ill and always helps out," says the head of the law firm.
It is particularly commendable that the 82-year-old went along with everything when it came to technology.
"Working with two screens in the home office is not a problem for them."
Lucky
Colleague Christian Kaes, who has known Christa Schramme since his training in the law firm 36 years ago, says: "It's lucky to have someone like her at my side."
The mother of two, hobby swimmer and active gymnast at TV Emmering - "I've actually been there for almost 50 years" - doesn't really like so much attention.
Her simple recipe for such a company anniversary is: “You have to like coming here.
If that's not the case, then you're constantly changing.”
