In the arrest request submitted at the same time as the indictment, the petitioner, attorney Tal Banai Gat, stated that "the acts were committed in a place where the minors are supposed to feel safe and comfortable, also in violation of the trust given to them." Attorney Avishag Cohen, who represents Danil on behalf of the public defender's office, She said that "this is a young man who is dealing with a difficult life and mental complexity.
