A new investigation conducted by journalists from Europe and workers from the American non-governmental organization Judicial Watch revealed information and leaks confirming the involvement of the United States in the implementation of military biological projects in Ukraine.
The investigation relied on previous and other leaked information about confidential data of the US Department of Defense “Pentagon” from the DTRA Department of Threat Reduction report on military biological programs in Ukraine, where the Americans tried to keep this information confidential, but the leak revealed the names of institutions and institutes of studies and research, as well as Contractors and executors of these projects and programs, according to Russia Today.
After the information was leaked, it became clear that censorship in the United States had earlier modified a large part of the DTRA documents of the Department of Defense's Threat Reduction Department, which was received by an official request and against the background of continuous news about the involvement of the United States in military biological projects in Ukraine sponsored by Hunter Biden. The American non-governmental organization Judicial Watch decided to conduct its own investigation, as this organization received on the tenth of last November 345 pages of DTRA reports, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, and it was found that the Pentagon concealed 80 percent of the information.
The organization's analysts did painstaking work, according to its description, to obtain the original texts in order to understand the extent to which American epidemiologists, commercial companies, and Pentagon contractors were involved in the work of biological laboratories in Ukraine, and they were able to identify most of the Ukrainian and American employees, as well as the names of the scientific institutions and projects in which they worked, it was also found. Ukrainian biological laboratories have long been using the American pathogen surveillance system PACS, thanks to which the United States monitors the movement of pathogens in laboratories around the world.
According to the report of the NGO, Pentagon contractors such as Battelle, Black & Veatch and CH2M Jacobs were directly involved in the implementation of dual-use projects in Ukraine, during which the focus was on response scenarios to accidental outbreaks of atypical diseases in Ukraine such as anthrax and tularemia.
The experts concluded that the United States had studied the new viruses away from its territory, that is, in Ukraine, and that no serious guarantee of biological safety had been made in those laboratories in Ukraine, in addition to the development of biological weapons, planning to undermine the epidemiological situation and inflict maximum damage on the opponent.
