Driver slips into oncoming traffic in Feldafing when it is slippery

Feldafing – In wintry road conditions, a 36-year-old driver from Feldafing slips on the road between Feldafing and Tutzing.

She has to go to the hospital with a fracture.

The axle of the opposing vehicle breaks.

This morning, around 8.45 a.m., the woman drove on the state road in the direction of Tutzing.

After the crest at the junction of Maffeistrasse, she began to slide on the slippery road.

She first got onto the green stripe on the right and slipped into the oncoming lane when she tried to get back on the road.

There she met a 63-year-old Tutzinger with a van.

This could not prevent the collision despite an emergency stop and an evasive attempt.

The vehicles collided with each other on the left front side.

The front areas were damaged accordingly, and the front axle of the van also broke.

According to initial findings, the driver of the car broke her wrist and was taken to a hospital for further care.

The two occupants of the van were also taken to the hospital with bruises for further clarification.

Fire brigade diverts traffic near Feldafing

Since the vehicles blocked the roadway after the accident, the traffic was diverted by the fire brigade.

The state road was closed until about 10:30 a.m. while the accident was being recorded.

The officials deployed estimate the damage to the vehicles at around 35,000 euros each.
