VO 2 apologizes to those affected.

Failed to provide MPF for 41 employees
Regarding the closure of VO 2, the MPFA pointed out that it is very concerned about this and attaches great importance to the employer's default in MPF contributions; it also pointed out that according to the survey data, the company did not pay MPF contributions for 41 employees , the amount involved is 320,000 yuan, most of which are employees involved in a total of 4 installments from August to November this year.
The MPFA also pointed out that according to the report of the trustee, the company suspected of defaulting in contributions, has launched an investigation and contacted the employer for follow-up, and is preparing to file a civil claim on behalf of the affected employees to recover the relevant arrears.
If the company is ultimately wound up due to insolvency, the MPFA will submit a proof of debt to the liquidator or the Official Receiver on behalf of the affected employees.
If a distribution from the liquidator is subsequently received, the MPFA will hand over the money to the MPF trustee and deposit it into the MPF accounts of the affected employees.
