The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office filed this morning (Friday) with the district court in the city an indictment against Danil Yaakov (35) from Ramat Gan, for sexual offenses against minors. This after he photographed a minor while he was sedated before surgery, committed indecency with a minor less than a year old and an eight-year-old minor. In addition, he possessed tens of thousands of images and videos of minors of a sexual nature.
According to the indictment filed by attorney Tal Banai Gat during April 2021, while Danil was serving as a sanitarian in the operating room, he photographed the genitals of a three-year-old minor, while she was being anesthetized for surgery, and distributed this photo to his friend Oren Hannaiv.

In addition to this, for about 10 months Danil committed indecent acts on a minor about 8 years old and a minor under the age of one on several occasions.
Danil documented these acts in videos and still images and passed some of the documentation to Hannaiv.
Also, we found on various devices owned by Danil tens of thousands of photos and videos in which minors appear fully or partially naked, with some showing the minors in acts of sexual intercourse with adults or minors, and even with animals.
In the arrest request submitted at the same time as the indictment, Attorney Banai Gat stated that: "The obscene acts he committed with minors were committed on several occasions, with two different minors."
Meanwhile, Danil was charged with an indecent act on a minor while taking advantage of a state of unconsciousness;
Multiple offenses of an indecent act by a minor under the age of 16;
Offenses of using the body of a minor to make obscene advertising;
Offenses of obscene publication featuring the image of a minor;
Possession and consumption of abominable advertising featuring the image of a minor.
