It is possible to use this sales technique without paying the seller a sum of money each month.

Two options are available to them.

The first one ?

They retain the right of use and habitation but cannot lend or rent the accommodation.

However, they do not declare the full ownership value of the property sold and can thus escape the IFI (real estate wealth tax) depending on the sale price, the capital received is not subject to income tax. , unlike the life annuity.

Finally, the property tax and major repairs are payable by the buyer.

Maintenance costs, on the other hand,
