Saad stressed that the creative and purposeful educational initiatives contribute to the development of the educational process, pointing out that before she won the first place in the competition, she had launched an electronic initiative to motivate children to read with the participation of sixth grade students, and it received a lot of admiration and participation from the students.
Saad said: The teacher carries the trust of educating generations and creating creators capable of excellence, success and excellence in all fields, and therefore all teachers must work for renewal in the profession of education and thinking in a variety of and sophisticated ways with the development of the era, pointing out that she is now working on an initiative to make cartoon films. For students and transforming the lessons in the book into interesting, easy-to-understand content that they like, which contributes to stimulating the learner's creative thinking and detonating his energies.
It is noteworthy that Saad is a graduate of the College of Education, a class teacher, and holds a diploma in educational qualification with an excellent rate, and a trainer for distance education skills at the Ministry of Education, where the Directorate of Education in Homs recently honored her for winning first place in the educational situations competition.
