Attacks on Kharkiv and Kyiv

Several cities and regions report attacks.
The mayor of the city of Kharkiv reports several explosions that can be heard in the city.
Infrastructure facilities would be attacked.
Kharkiv is located in northeastern Ukraine in the region of the same name.
Its governor announced that critical infrastructure in the area had been hit.
Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko says there are explosions in the capital.

According to local authorities, air alarms are given in Ukraine, including for the capital Kiev.
This points to another Russian missile attack.
"Don't ignore the air alert, stay in the shelters," writes Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy head of the presidential office, on Telegram.
Since October, the Russian military has attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure in several waves.
This led to power outages across the country.
