1. Majorca

Those looking for a more exotic destination should consider Aruba.

Covering just 179 square kilometers, Aruba is a real vacation gem and ideal for those looking to end the year on a quiet note.
Here you can expect a daily average temperature of 28 degrees.

3. Egypt
New Year's Eve in the desert - why not?
With a daily temperature of around 20 degrees, Egypt is the ideal travel destination for sun worshipers.
There are beautiful sandy beaches here, which ensure the ultimate holiday feeling even in winter.
Water rats get their money's worth, because the impressive underwater world can be explored perfectly while diving or snorkeling.
You should especially consider regions like Hurghada or Sharm-el-Sheikh.
Most hotels organize a New Year's Eve party for their guests, where a menu consisting of several courses is served.
There is also champagne, cocktails and live music - what more could you ask for?

You can experience a superlative New Year's Eve in Dubai.
Numerous events take place in the desert emirate on New Year's Eve, ranging from lavish menus to live music and DJs.
The highlight is the spectacular fireworks at the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa.
Pyrotechnics will be installed on each floor, which will then be lit punctually at midnight.
In 2013, Dubai even made it into the Guinness Book of Records with its extravagant New Year's Eve show.
Incidentally, according to the Islamic lunar calendar, the end of the year is celebrated on a much earlier date.
