A school bullying case was suspected in a primary school in the southern district of Hong Kong.
A video went viral on social networking sites today. A girl wearing the school's sports uniform was surrounded by at least three female students of the same age on a covered platform. The clip is believed to have been filmed by a bully. Sprinkled snack noodles on the girl's head and poured liquid on her.
The clip caused an uproar among netizens. "Hong Kong 01" is inquiring about the school and the police, whether it has received any relevant reports, and is waiting for a reply.

The clip is about 59 seconds long. At first, the girl was seen picking up her schoolbag, but the bully yelled, "Stay here!" Later, someone poured snacks and noodles on her head. At least two bullies did not give up when they saw this, but continued to chase the girl, laughing constantly, "I will help you add some decorations (on your head), you open your mouth and eat it"; another person echoed, "It's delicious, it's delicious ", and then repeatedly insulted and instructed "you eat some (broken noodles) on your head".
The victimized girl finally couldn't bear to remove the dough from her head, and kept wiping away her tears.
Later, the bullying escalated. A bully poured liquid on the girl's hair with a bottled container, and then took a close-up shot of the girl's appearance with a mobile phone, asking, "What are you doing?" The girl had no choice but to keep avoiding the camera.
At the end of the clip, one of the bullies even told the fellow filmmakers to "send the clip to me", believing that he wanted to keep the clip that recorded the bullying.
The footage did not capture all the attackers, but it is believed that there were at least three bullies together with the filmmaker, all of whom were girls of similar age, wearing the same sportswear as the girl being bullied.
