Two teenagers were injured and two died this Friday in a shooting outside Benito Juarez High School in Chicago, Illinois, local media reported.
Several police units showed up at the high school and, according to preliminary reports, one of the injured was in critical condition, two had non-life-threatening injuries, and another was pronounced dead.
At night, the authorities reported that there were already two fatalities.

David Brown, superintendent of the Chicago Police Department, assured in a press conference that they will be interviewing the survivors, who
have no suspects so far, nor details of the weapon used.
They also do not know the gender or ages of the victims, clarified Brown, who also reported that they will analyze videos of the area and that it is yet to be determined whether those involved in the shooting were students or not.
Chicago Public Schools issued a statement saying they are working with authorities to get more information and that the incident remains under investigation.
“Our thoughts are with all those affected by this tragedy.
We are providing crisis resources to students and staff," the text said.
The shooting happened shortly before 3:00 pm outside the school
, when classes were ending, reported the Chicago locale of NBC News, sister network of Noticias Telemundo.
According to Chicago police spokesman Tom Ahern, the school was closed and the people inside were out of danger.
This high school serves almost 1,600 students, more than 80% are Latino.
"A teenager died upon arrival at Stroger Hospital, another went into 'strike' and two others are in less serious conditions at the hospital," the local Chicago Sun Times initially reported, with information from the authorities.
