There is a problem with the earthworks.
The company commissioned has not yet completed the work scheduled for the end of the year.

But there is still a problem with the earthworks.
The company commissioned has not yet completed the work scheduled for the end of the year and the construction of the shoring.
"We put the company in default," said Weiß.
This takes the form of a letter of default in which the client requests the contractor to complete the agreed construction work within a newly set deadline.
Start of shell construction at the beginning of the year
The shell construction is scheduled to begin at the beginning of the new year, and timber construction for the hybrid building from the summer.
After all, they want to celebrate completion at the end of 2024.
In return, one accepts further additional costs that have arisen during the implementation planning.
The biggest expense is the repair and replacement of the roof for at least a quarter of a million euros.
Structural improvements (74,000 euros), sealing the basement walls (61,000 euros), planning and implementing further IT connections, including cooling the components (almost 50,000 euros).
Almost half of the trades awarded
According to Weiss, the journey is apparently going in the right direction.
"Despite the difficult conditions, we have already awarded 44 percent and thus almost half of all trades," emphasizes the expert.
The commissioning of heating, ventilation and plumbing is currently in full swing.
Main building project
"Our most important building construction project is in full swing," emphasized Mayor Thomas Pardeller (CSU).
The second mayor, Kilian Körner (Greens), remained critical of the numbers.
"What are the costs?" he wanted to know.
White stayed calm.
"Even with the current adjustments, we are still within the cost forecast," he emphasized.
