Is the fate of the house on the beach of Saint-Efflam finally sealed?
All the inhabitants of Plestin-les-Grèves (Côtes-d'Armor) know this pretty wooden building well, as it has caused ink to flow since its construction in 2012. Designed by an architect on the bioclimatic principle, this second home was erected on stilts to best respect the environment.
It belongs to three families who inherited the land acquired by their ancestors in 1895. A place in which they like to meet, but which they will soon no longer be able to enjoy.
