The General Establishment for Drinking Water in Quneitra has re-operated the water well in Jabal Abu Al-Ata site, which irrigates the residents of Al-Wafedeen camp for the displaced in rural Damascus, after completing maintenance and rehabilitation work for the well.
The Director of the Foundation, Eng. Muhammad Al-Hussein, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that the maintenance work included repairing the submersible pump of well No. 2 to re-pump water to the public network, indicating that the workshop in the arrivals water unit finished repairing the drinking water lines within the camp gathering to ensure that it reaches the subscribers.
Al-Hussein pointed to the daily follow-up of the status of networks within the water units work sector on the land of the governorate, pointing out in this context that the maintenance workshops carried out repairs and connection works that included the water units of Nabaa al-Sakhr and Khan Arnabeh, and the villages of Rasm al-Sira, al-Samdaniya al-Sharqiya, Ayuba, Rasm al-Rawadi and the town of Mashara.
