A major accident on Thursday afternoon meant that the A94 towards Munich had to be completely closed.
There were probably several injured.

New details about the serious accident on the A94 in the direction of Munich.
According to current information, the accident resulted in several injuries, including a 3-year-old child who was flown to a Munich clinic in a rescue helicopter.
Another person is also seriously injured, six others slightly.
The Munich lane was largely closed for around five hours to record the accident and clean the lane.

Töging – There was a serious traffic accident on the A94 on Thursday afternoon.
Numerous rescue workers, firefighters and police officers are on site.
The direction of Munich was completely blocked.

Accident on the A94 near Töging: Several vehicles involved
According to the Oberbayern Süd police headquarters, the accident happened around 1:10 p.m.
There was a crash between the Töging and Mühldorf-Nord junctions (district of Altötting) in the direction of Munich.
Several vehicles are said to have been involved.
A large contingent of helpers was sent to the scene of the accident.
The fire brigades from Erharting and Mößling as well as Töging and Winhöring, several ambulances with several emergency doctors and the rescue service operations manager and the rescue service organizational manager should be on site.
Two rescue helicopters were also requested.

It was not immediately clear how many people were injured and how badly.
The only thing that is certain is that nothing is going on in the direction of Munich at the moment (3 p.m.).
