The first, and not the least: the fact that the State gets rid of this mission with NGOs, which in theory comes under public power, given the challenges it poses (political, social, economic, etc.) .

that these same NGOs are financed by our taxes!
La Cimade, for example, is funded over 50% by taxpayers' money.
