A cold wave warning is issued in the central region, including Seoul, and in Jeonbuk and Gyeongbuk regions.
In particular, the temperature in Cheorwon, where a cold wave warning was issued, plummeted to -19.1 degrees Celsius.
The temperature in Seoul is also 11.3 degrees below zero, and the wind feels like it hovers around 15 degrees below zero.
