Three people were killed and a 17-year-old boy suspected of being under the influence of alcohol was captured after a car crash in Texas, according to authorities.
The event occurred in the early hours of Saturday, at 12 am, in the city of Lufkin.
Tyler Christian Lewis was driving a sedan when he suddenly changed lanes and was struck by another vehicle from behind.
There are seven people in the car, none of whom were wearing seat belts, according to the Lufkin Police Department.
Three of them were found dead at the scene, two others were airlifted to a hospital, while another passenger was released after receiving medical attention.

Authorities captured Lewis who was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and is facing intoxication manslaughter charges.
The deceased were identified as either Anastasia Gray, 19, of Carthage;
Antownique Robertson, 18, of Carthage;
and Xavier Grimble, 20, of Jasper, Texas.

The two seriously injured are Radaysha Jackson, 18, of Kirbyville, and Reilly Brown, 19.
The passenger who was released was identified as 17-year-old Omorion Lewis.
According to police, the occupants of the other vehicle involved in the accident were not injured.
