According to Wu Xinbo, dean of the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University, the United States has three goals in the Ukraine conflict: to weaken Russia, to stabilize the regime of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and to push Europe to follow American policies.
“The US and the EU have not made significant efforts to mitigate the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and have even moved in the opposite direction by providing arms and ammunition,” said Zhou Li, former Vice Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
According to him, Washington and Brussels have the key to resolving the crisis.
Earlier, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Gusev said that the United States is not interested in further escalation in relations with Russia.
