However, this umpteenth passage in force has not extinguished the opposition.
The LR group has announced that it will seize the Constitutional Council to challenge a finance bill deemed "
insincere
", and a right of amendment "
not respected
", indicated Véronique Louwagie (LR) to the Assembly.
The Nupes also announced that it wanted to seize this body, arguing that the text adopted was
"manifestly contrary to several provisions and principles of constitutional and organic value
".
