The first mobile medical clinic operating within the framework of the national campaign for cancer screening in Homs will conclude its work in the Qusayr region tomorrow, as its examinations will be dedicated tomorrow to receive the people of the village of Al-Ghasaniyeh who wish to undergo screening tests for “breast, cervix, and prostate” cancer.

The National Cancer Control Program stated on its official page on the social networking site “Facebook” that it benefited from the services of the first mobile clinic for the people of Al-Qusayr and the towns and villages of Al-Houz, Al-Naem, Dibbeen and Al-Buwayda Al-Gharbiyya.

The first clinic will move to Qattina, according to the program, from the 20th of this December until the 2nd of January 2023, to provide its free services to the people of Qattina, Tal Al-Shor, Kafr Aaya, the workers’ suburb, and Brabo.

The program emphasized that transportation is secured to ensure that all the people in the villages adjacent to the centers of the presence of the four mobile medical clinics benefit, as citizens wishing to undergo cancer screening tests are transported by special means of transportation to the clinics and then returned.

In another context, the program indicated that the national cancer screening campaign in Homs governorate will be suspended on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1 of the new year, on the occasion of Christmas and New Year's Day, provided that it resumes its work to provide its services until the 10th of the month.
