Today, in the governorates of Deir Ezzor and Raqqa, the activities of the intensive national campaign to vaccinate against the Corona virus began, which will continue until next Thursday.
In Deir Ezzor, the Director of Health, Dr. Bashar Al-Shuaibi, stated that the campaign aims to vaccinate people over the age of 18, and focuses on completing doses for previously vaccinated people, and giving supportive doses, indicating that the campaign is implemented through 9 fixed centers and 36 mobile teams spread throughout Deir Ezzor.
In Raqqa, the Director of Health, Dr. Ghiath Al-Hamoud, stated that the campaign is witnessing the participation of 78 health workers, distributed in 7 health centers and 16 mobile teams, and is accompanied by an awareness campaign about the need to receive the vaccine and ways to prevent corona, stressing the availability of the supportive dose with a difference of 6 months from the last dose and the first two doses.
