The United States, Mexico and Canada are preparing to jointly host the next World Cup in 2026. It will be the first time that a World Cup will be held in three countries;
It will be the second time that the United States is host, and Mexico will set a new record: for the third time in the history of the championship, the World Cup —one of the most anticipated events for sports fans— will be played in its territory.
It is not yet known what the venues for the opening and final of the 2026 World Cup will be, something about which there is great expectation since it was announced that there will be three host countries.
