The peddler in the municipal market in Kiryat Shmona decided to demonstrate to a woman how the massage device he sells works and performed an indecent act on her.
A 37-year-old Palestinian resident of Yosh, who is a peddler in the market in the city, approached a resident of the area who came to the city market for shopping a few days ago. He tried to plead with her to open the window of her car while he suggested that she buy a massage device, but she signaled to him that she was not interested in buying.
The complainant gave the police the phone number of the seller.

After he insisted and continued to plead with her, she agreed to his request.
The peddler hurried to put his wares on the roof of her car.
He turned on the massager and started massaging her shoulder against her will.
The indictment filed by the prosecutor's office with the help of Kiryat Shmona police officers indicates that the woman asked the peddler to let her go, but he did not respond to her request and continued to plead with her to buy the device from him until she agreed to buy it from him.
But the peddler's attempts did not end here.
He moved the massage device on the woman's thigh and began to approach her genitals with it, telling her that it is suitable for self-pleasure.

The woman was frightened and asked him to stop and took his hand away from her.
So the peddler asked her if she was married and offered her to write down his phone number.
He continued to harass her until she agreed to take his phone number from him.
Only then did the accused allow her to leave the place, and she went to the police station, where she told them about the incident and provided them with the phone number the peddler gave her.
At the end of the week, an indictment was filed against him for an indecent act.
