A 19-year-old who abbreviated the train tracks on a “trail” late Saturday afternoon at the Pulling S-Bahn station was hit by a regional train.

A 19-year-old used the train tracks at the Pulling (Freising) S-Bahn station as a shortcut on Saturday.
A regional train caught him.

– As reported by the police, the federal police received an emergency call shortly before 6 p.m. about an injured person at the end of the platform in Pulling.
In addition, the driver of a regional train reported that he had felt an impact, but that he had not seen anything in the area of the track due to the darkness and fog.
He had to be relieved.

According to initial findings, the injured person is a 19-year-old who wanted to cross the tracks at the end of the platform via a "trail" and had overlooked the regional train.
He was taken to the hospital with head injuries and multiple fractures, but doctors say he is stable.
The tracks between Freising and Neufahrn were closed until 7:15 p.m.
This led to minor disruptions in rail operations.
The federal police are investigating dangerous interventions in rail traffic.
