  Subsequently, Yu Jianxing, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Zhejiang Gongshang University, Professor of the School of Public Administration of Zhejiang University, Wang Yukai, Professor of the Central Party School (National School of Administration) and member of the National Informatization Expert Advisory Committee, Wang Jiexiu, Director of the Policy Research Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and Dean of the Political Science Department of Tsinghua University Zhang Xiaojin, hired professor and director of the Data Governance Research Center, shared research and thinking on the themes of "New Agenda for Digital Reform", "Urban Governance Modernization and Data Governance", "Demand-Oriented Promoting Smart Community Construction", and "Beijing Exploration of Scenario-based Governance".

  This forum summed up and refined the experience of the capital in the digital governance of megacities from multiple perspectives, and successfully built a high-level dialogue platform to discuss how to promote the "governance of cities" of Chinese-style modernization. During the period, two important results were released.

  Among them, the "China Urban Good Governance Index Index System", developed by the Data Governance Research Center of Tsinghua University, is China's first urban good governance index index system, based on urban governance in the new era, to enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness, and security. The basic goal is to put forward the good governance-oriented Chinese urban governance index, which systematically presents the effectiveness and demonstration effect of reforms that respond to complaints, summarizes and refines the laws and innovative models of urban governance in China, and comprehensively expounds the Chinese plan for urban governance.

  It is understood that the forum collected urban digital governance innovation cases across the country and formed ""Digital Governance Smart Empowerment" National Urban Digital Governance Innovation Cases (2022)".

This collection of cases summarizes and refines the advanced experience of urban digital governance across the country, explores the practical mode of applying digital and intelligent technologies in urban governance to the new pattern of co-construction, co-governance and shared urban governance, and promotes the role of digital technology in improving urban public services, social governance, and network management.
