This is the maximum amount that the project could receive.
Carried by the town hall of Gagny, the renovation of the Château de Maison-Blanche will benefit from a subsidy of 300,000 euros thanks to the Heritage Mission embodied by Stéphane Bern.
As a bonus, AXA will pay an additional 100,000 euros.
As a partner of the Heritage Foundation, the group reserved the possibility of providing financial support for a project that it considered to be remarkable.
This was presented to Culture Minister Rima Abdul-Malak last August.
It provides for the opening of a school restaurant run by chef Thierry Marx, a winter garden, a tea room, a bar and an artists' residence, as well as the relocation of the Smart University already present in the city.

“I am happy, very happy, even, reacts the mayor of Gagny Rolin Cranoly (LR).
We received the maximum support from the Foundation as well as support from AXA patronage.
We collected 1,700,000 euros for our project, revalued rather around 3 million euros.

The renovation of the Château de Maison-Blanche is therefore still awaiting partners in order to finance the remaining amount.
The construction site can still begin once the building permit has been submitted.
“We started our collaboration with the architect Pierre-Antoine Gatier, who has already made a first proposal for a summary project, continues Rolin Cranoly.
From now on, we are working with our teams to refine all this, and allow a building permit to be filed in early 2023”.
