In Val-d'Isère, accommodation with all-inclusive service

2022-12-19T06:23:28.098Z

The new all-inclusive Club Med in Val d'Isère devotes carefree holidays to the mountains. A concept extended to luxury accommodation, of which Le Collectionist, specialist in the seasonal rental of prestigious villas, has made a specialty.

A revamped Club Med

After two years of work and a few months of closure, the Club Med Val d'Isère (1) reopens, becoming the first Exclusive Collection in the mountains of the brand with the tridents.

A move upmarket operated by Marc Hertrich.

This interior designer, with very sure taste, has managed the feat of making a complex of 24,000 m2 and 216 rooms (2) intimate.

Its subtle architecture blends into the privileged environment of the beautiful chalets in the La Legettaz district, the most popular in the resort.

In terms of decoration, fabrics and carpets with tartan patterns, in particular, give each room a crazy cachet.

This is what changes and brings a little freshness to mountain chic.

The common areas are of the same prodigy, offering this feeling of being in a big chalet by erasing the excess.

The theater lounge, cozy cells,

orange leather armchairs and jazzy atmosphere, summons our senses to the bedside of the art of living.

Everything is successful.

And in terms of service, this revamped Club Med has outdone itself.

Obviously, the skier is spoiled: direct access to the M piste and an "Easy booking", which allows you to find in your locker, on arrival, pre-reserved skis and boots.

More rare, an offer for non-skiers: night snowshoeing, with a gourmet stop in a dedicated yurt.

A total child care device, which makes them as happy as their parents, completes the package.

And on the budget side, an "all-inclusive", invented by Club Med, which avoids off-piste...

The nuggets of Collectionist

In Val d'Isère, the Chalet Orso for 13 travelers (520 m2).

Leafing through the thick catalog of this luxury rental real estate agency, one begins to dream: postcard chalets where, in a padded decor, beautiful materials, elegant design, brown wood and festive fireplaces mingle.

The mountain spirit blows on Le Collectionist (3-4) and its 500 references in the French and Swiss Alps (out of 2000 in the rest of the world).

In Val d'Isère, Megève, Chamonix, Courchevel, Verbier and Zermatt, the rental company stages winter sports holidays that are unlike any other.

A myriad of services accompany the stay, supervised by concierges

“who are also ski instructors”

, specifies its general manager, Max Aniort.

"Being surrounded by a team that develops the offer, throughout your stay, according to your tastes and your needs, having, for example, a chef at home who also gives cooking lessons, are some of the some of the privileges that only an organization like ours can offer”

, insists the founder of the Collectionist.

The more we ask for, the more we offer you.

But this avalanche of proposals is not a gift.

Up to hundreds of thousands of euros, sometimes for a few days of skiing.

Example: exceptional accommodation in Val d'Isère for 13 travellers, at the height of the season, starts at €39,000 per week.

But, Max Aniort immediately corrects,

“…outside school holidays, the discount can go up to 50%”

.
