Police operation against the »Reichsbürger« scene: Germany-wide raid (police car in Karlsruhe)

On December 7, the police intervened in a hotel in Ponte San Giovanni near Perugia: The officers arrested a former commando soldier - the action was part of a major raid on the "Reichsbürger" milieu.
Now the man is extradited to Germany.
A court in Perugia made a corresponding decision, as reported by the Ansa and Adnkronos news agencies.
A European arrest warrant was issued against the 64-year-old.
According to their own statements, the authorities had received information before the raid that the man was in Italy.
Since then he has been monitored.

Numerous arrests
A few days ago, the Federal Public Prosecutor had suspected members and helpers of a terrorist group arrested in a nationwide raid.

In addition to weapons, the investigators made other explosive discoveries during the raid, according to SPIEGEL information.
They seized several thousand rounds of ammunition, around a hundred of which came from Bundeswehr stocks.
During the searches, they also found an organizational chart of a planned new Reich government as well as around 120 documents in which suspected supporters of the group pledged themselves to the strictest secrecy.
