With the participation of a number of poets, the Al-Sirat Cultural and Literary Complex in Al-Sayeda Zainab held a poetry festival entitled (On the banks of the Euphrates).
The poet Saleh Haj Saleh delivered a set of his texts, which he wrote in the style of the two parts, in which he expressed his love and longing for Idlib Governorate and the moment of its liberation.
The poet Suhaib Al-Sayed Zakir recited a number of poems in which he spoke of his love for Deir Ezzor, the importance of liberating the rest of its lands, and Syria and Damascus as national symbols committed to music and language.
The poet Amal Al-Manawer expressed in her poems the beauty of the Euphrates, her affiliation with Deir Ezzor, the beauty of its lands, and her great love for that region in a two-part style, committed to music, narration, and rhyme.
The texts of the poet, Dr. Osama Hammoud, came to talk through them about the authentic Arabic language, its beauty, and the necessity of preserving it, and not allowing its distortion, and he adopted the balanced method, music, language, and beautiful image.
The festival, which was moderated by writer Sobha Diab, also hosted writers and poets Muhammad Ali Reno, Ahmed Saleh, Hatem Shaqul and Firas Khamis, whose texts varied between talking about Deir Ezzor and some humanitarian issues, while the child Omran Hamada sang sad songs for Deir Ezzor and its people.
And all the texts that were presented were at the level that concerned the language and the technical foundations of literature.
